New American Standard Bible
Chapter 78
57But turned back and acted treacherously like their fathers; They turned aside like a treacherous bow. 58For they provoked Him with their high places And moved Him to jealousy with their carved images. 59When God heard them, He was filled with wrath And He utterly rejected Israel; 60So that He abandoned the dwelling place at Shiloh, The tent which He had pitched among people, 61And He gave up His strength to captivity And His glory into the hand of the enemy. 62He also turned His people over to the sword, And was filled with wrath at His inheritance.King James Version

Chapter 78
57They turned back and were as faithless as their parents. They were as undependable as a crooked bow. 58They angered God by building shrines to other gods; they made him jealous with their idols. 59When God heard them, he was very angry, and he completely rejected Israel. 60Then he abandoned his dwelling at Shiloh, the Tabernacle where he had lived among the people. 61He allowed the Ark of his might to be captured; he surrendered his glory into enemy hands. 62He gave his people over to be butchered by the sword, because he was so angry with his own people — his special possession.English Standard Version
