Psalms 77:1-7
New American Standard Bible
Chapter 77
1 My voice rises to God, and I will cry aloud; My voice rises to God, and He will listen to me. 2In the day of my trouble I sought the Lord; In the night my hand was stretched out and did not grow weary; My soul refused to be comforted. 3 When I remember God, then I am restless; When I sigh, then my spirit feels weak. Selah 4You have held my eyelids open; I am so troubled that I cannot speak. 5I have considered the days of old, The years of long ago. 6I will remember my song in the night; I will meditate with my heart, And my spirit ponders: 7Will the Lord reject forever? And will He never be favorable again?King James Version
Chapter 77
1{To the chief Musician, to Jeduthun, A Psalm of Asaph.} I cried unto God with my voice, even unto God with my voice; and he gave ear unto me. 2In the day of my trouble I sought the Lord: my sore ran in the night, and ceased not: my soul refused to be comforted. 3I remembered God, and was troubled: I complained, and my spirit was overwhelmed. Selah. 4Thou holdest mine eyes waking: I am so troubled that I cannot speak. 5I have considered the days of old, the years of ancient times. 6I call to remembrance my song in the night: I commune with mine own heart: and my spirit made diligent search. 7Will the Lord cast off for ever? and will he be favourable no more?Christian Standard Bible

Selah 4You hold my eyelids open; I am so troubled that I cannot speak. 5I consider the days of old, the years long ago. 6I said, “Let me remember my song in the night; let me meditate in my heart.” Then my spirit made a diligent search: 7“Will the Lord spurn forever, and never again be favorable?New International Version
2When I was in distress, I sought the Lord; at night I stretched out untiring hands, and I would not be comforted.
3I remembered you, God, and I groaned; I meditated, and my spirit grew faint.
4You kept my eyes from closing; I was too troubled to speak.
5I thought about the former days, the years of long ago;
