My voice
rises
to God, and I will cry aloud;

rises
to God, and He will listen to me.

In the day of my trouble I sought the Lord;
In the night my hand was stretched out and did not grow weary;
My soul refused to be comforted.

{To the chief Musician, to Jeduthun, A Psalm of Asaph.} I cried unto God with my voice,
even
unto God with my voice; and he gave ear unto me.

In the day of my trouble I sought the Lord: my sore ran in the night, and ceased not: my soul refused to be comforted.

Chapter 77
1
I cry aloud to God, aloud to God, and he will hear me.
2
I sought the Lord in my day of trouble. My hands were continually lifted up all night long; I refused to be comforted.

I cry out to God; yes, I shout.
Oh, that God would listen to me!

When I was in deep trouble,
I searched for the Lord.
All night long I prayed, with hands lifted toward heaven,
but my soul was not comforted.

In the day of my trouble I seek the Lord; in the night my hand is stretched out without wearying; my soul refuses to be comforted.

When I was in distress, I sought the Lord; at night I stretched out untiring hands, and I would not be comforted.
