Psalms 76:6-10
New American Standard Bible
Chapter 76
6At Your rebuke, God of Jacob, Both rider and horse were cast into a dead sleep. 7You, You indeed are to be feared, And who may stand in Your presence, once You are angry? 8You caused judgment to be heard from heaven; The earth feared and was still 9When God arose to judgment, To save all the humble of the earth. Selah 10For the wrath of mankind shall praise You; You will encircle Yourself with a remnant of wrath.King James Version
7Thou, even thou, art to be feared: and who may stand in thy sight when once thou art angry?
8Thou didst cause judgment to be heard from heaven; the earth feared, and was still,
9When God arose to judgment, to save all the meek of the earth. Selah.
10Surely the wrath of man shall praise thee: the remainder of wrath shalt thou restrain.

Chapter 76
6At your rebuke, O God of Jacob, both rider and horse lay stunned. 7But you, you are to be feared! Who can stand before you when once your anger is roused? 8From the heavens you uttered judgment; the earth feared and was still, 9when God arose to establish judgment, to save all the humble of the earth. Selah 10Surely the wrath of man shall praise you; the remnant of wrath you will put on like a belt.New International Version
