Psalms 50:4-15
New American Standard Bible
Chapter 50
4He summons the heavens above, And the earth, to judge His people: 5'Gather My godly ones to Me, Those who have made a covenant with Me by sacrifice.' 6And the heavens declare His righteousness, For God Himself is judge. Selah 7'Hear, My people, and I will speak; Israel, I will testify against you; I am God, your God. 8I do not rebuke you for your sacrifices, And your burnt offerings are continually before Me. 9I will not take a bull from your house, Nor male goats from your folds. 10For every animal of the forest is Mine, The cattle on a thousand hills. 11I know every bird of the mountains, And everything that moves in the field is Mine. 12If I were hungry I would not tell you, For the world is Mine, and everything it contains. 13Shall I eat the flesh of bulls Or drink the blood of male goats? 14Offer God a sacrifice of thanksgiving And pay your vows to the Most High; 15Call upon Me on the day of trouble; I will rescue you, and you will honor Me.'King James Version
Chapter 50
4He shall call to the heavens from above, and to the earth, that he may judge his people. 5Gather my saints together unto me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice. 6And the heavens shall declare his righteousness: for God is judge himself. Selah.
7Hear, O my people, and I will speak; O Israel, and I will testify against thee: I am God, even thy God.
8I will not reprove thee for thy sacrifices or thy burnt offerings, to have been continually before me.
9I will take no bullock out of thy house, nor he goats out of thy folds.
10For every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills.
11I know all the fowls of the mountains: and the wild beasts of the field are mine.
12If I were hungry, I would not tell thee: for the world is mine, and the fulness thereof.
13Will I eat the flesh of bulls, or drink the blood of goats?
14Offer unto God thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the most High:
15And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.

New Living Translation
Chapter 50
4He calls on the heavens above and earth below to witness the judgment of his people. 5'Bring my faithful people to me — those who made a covenant with me by giving sacrifices.'
7'O my people, listen as I speak. Here are my charges against you, O Israel: I am God, your God!
8I have no complaint about your sacrifices or the burnt offerings you constantly offer.
9But I do not need the bulls from your barns or the goats from your pens.
10For all the animals of the forest are mine, and I own the cattle on a thousand hills.
11I know every bird on the mountains, and all the animals of the field are mine.
12If I were hungry, I would not tell you, for all the world is mine and everything in it.
13Do I eat the meat of bulls? Do I drink the blood of goats?
14Make thankfulness your sacrifice to God, and keep the vows you made to the Most High.
15Then call on me when you are in trouble, and I will rescue you, and you will give me glory.'
