Chapter 33
4For the word of the Lord is right, And all His work is done in faithfulness. 5He loves righteousness and justice; The earth is full of the goodness of the Lord. 6By the word of the Lord the heavens were made, And by the breath of His mouth all their lights. 7He gathers the waters of the sea together as a heap; He puts the depths in storehouses. 8Let all the earth fear the Lord; Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him. 9For He spoke, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood firm. 10The Lord nullifies the plan of nations; He frustrates the plans of peoples. 11The plan of the Lord stands forever, The plans of His heart from generation to generation. 12Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, The people He has chosen for His own inheritance. 13The Lord looks from heaven; He sees all the sons of mankind; 14From His dwelling place He looks out On all the inhabitants of the earth, 15He who fashions the hearts of them all, He who understands all their works. 16The king is not saved by a mighty army; A warrior is not rescued by great strength. 17A horse is a false hope for victory; Nor does it rescue anyone by its great strength. 18Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear Him, On those who wait for His faithfulness, 19To rescue their soul from death And to keep them alive in famine. 20Our soul waits for the Lord; He is our help and our shield. 21For our heart rejoices in Him, Because we trust in His holy name.King James Version

4For the word of the LORD is right; and all his works are done in truth. 5He loveth righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the goodness of the LORD. 6By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth. 7He gathereth the waters of the sea together as an heap: he layeth up the depth in storehouses. 8Let all the earth fear the LORD: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him. 9For he spake, and it was done; he commanded, and it stood fast. 10The LORD bringeth the counsel of the heathen to nought: he maketh the devices of the people of none effect. 11The counsel of the LORD standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.
12Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.
13The LORD looketh from heaven; he beholdeth all the sons of men.
14From the place of his habitation he looketh upon all the inhabitants of the earth.
15He fashioneth their hearts alike; he considereth all their works.
16There is no king saved by the multitude of an host: a mighty man is not delivered by much strength.
17An horse is a vain thing for safety: neither shall he deliver any by his great strength.
18Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy;
19To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine.
20Our soul waiteth for the LORD: he is our help and our shield.
21For our heart shall rejoice in him, because we have trusted in his holy name.

Chapter 33
4For the word of the Lord holds true, and we can trust everything he does. 5He loves whatever is just and good; the unfailing love of the Lord fills the earth.
6The Lord merely spoke, and the heavens were created. He breathed the word, and all the stars were born.
7He assigned the sea its boundaries and locked the oceans in vast reservoirs.
8Let the whole world fear the Lord, and let everyone stand in awe of him.
9For when he spoke, the world began! It appeared at his command.
10The Lord frustrates the plans of the nations and thwarts all their schemes.
11But the Lord’s plans stand firm forever; his intentions can never be shaken.
13The Lord looks down from heaven and sees the whole human race.
14From his throne he observes all who live on the earth.
15He made their hearts, so he understands everything they do.
16The best-equipped army cannot save a king, nor is great strength enough to save a warrior.
17Don’t count on your warhorse to give you victory — for all its strength, it cannot save you.

4For the word of the LORD is upright, and all his work is done in faithfulness. 5He loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of the steadfast love of the LORD. 6By the word of the LORD the heavens were made, and by the breath of his mouth all their host. 7He gathers the waters of the sea as a heap; he puts the deeps in storehouses. 8Let all the earth fear the LORD; let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him! 9For he spoke, and it came to be; he commanded, and it stood firm. 10The LORD brings the counsel of the nations to nothing; he frustrates the plans of the peoples. 11The counsel of the LORD stands forever, the plans of his heart to all generations. 12Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, the people whom he has chosen as his heritage! 13The LORD looks down from heaven; he sees all the children of man; 14from where he sits enthroned he looks out on all the inhabitants of the earth, 15he who fashions the hearts of them all and observes all their deeds. 16The king is not saved by his great army; a warrior is not delivered by his great strength. 17The war horse is a false hope for salvation, and by its great might it cannot rescue. 18Behold, the eye of the LORD is on those who fear him, on those who hope in his steadfast love, 19that he may deliver their soul from death and keep them alive in famine. 20Our soul waits for the LORD; he is our help and our shield. 21For our heart is glad in him, because we trust in his holy name.New International Version
