Psalms 33:16-19
New American Standard Bible
Chapter 33
16The king is not saved by a mighty army; A warrior is not rescued by great strength. 17A horse is a false hope for victory; Nor does it rescue anyone by its great strength. 18Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear Him, On those who wait for His faithfulness, 19To rescue their soul from death And to keep them alive in famine.King James Version
Chapter 33
16There is no king saved by the multitude of an host: a mighty man is not delivered by much strength. 17An horse is a vain thing for safety: neither shall he deliver any by his great strength. 18Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy; 19To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine.Christian Standard Bible
