3'Let’s tear their shackles apart And throw their ropes away from us!' 4He who sits in the heavens laughs, The Lord scoffs at them. 5Then He will speak to them in His anger And terrify them in His fury, saying, 6'But as for Me, I have installed My King Upon Zion, My holy mountain.' 7'I will announce the decree of the Lord: He said to Me, ‘You are My Son, Today I have fathered You. 8Ask it of Me, and I will certainly give the nations as Your inheritance, And the ends of the earth as Your possession. 9You shall break them with a rod of iron, You shall shatter them like earthenware.’?' 10Now then, you kings, use insight; Let yourselves be instructed, you judges of the earth.King James Version

3"Let’s tear off their chains and throw their ropes off of us." 4The one enthroned in heaven laughs; the Lord ridicules them. 5Then he speaks to them in his anger and terrifies them in his wrath:New Living Translation
4But the one who rules in heaven laughs. The Lord scoffs at them.
5Then in anger he rebukes them, terrifying them with his fierce fury.
6For the Lord declares, 'I have placed my chosen king on the throne in Jerusalem, on my holy mountain.'
