Psalms 146:2-6
New American Standard Bible
Chapter 146
2I will praise the Lord while I live; I will sing praises to my God while I have my being. 3Do not trust in noblemen, In mortal man, in whom there is no salvation. 4His spirit departs, he returns to the earth; On that very day his plans perish. 5Blessed is he whose help is the God of Jacob, Whose hope is in the Lord his God, 6Who made heaven and earth, The sea and everything that is in them; Who keeps faith forever;King James Version

New Living Translation
Chapter 146
2I will praise the Lord as long as I live. I will sing praises to my God with my dying breath.
3Don’t put your confidence in powerful people; there is no help for you there.
4When they breathe their last, they return to the earth, and all their plans die with them.
5But joyful are those who have the God of Israel as their helper, whose hope is in the Lord their God.
6He made heaven and earth, the sea, and everything in them. He keeps every promise forever.
