5I remember the days of old; I meditate on all Your accomplishments; I reflect on the work of Your hands. 6I spread out my hands to You; My soul longs for You, like a weary land. Selah 7Answer me quickly, Lord, my spirit fails; Do not hide Your face from me, Or I will be the same as those who go down to the pit. 8Let me hear Your faithfulness in the morning, For I trust in You; Teach me the way in which I should walk; For to You I lift up my soul. 9Save me, Lord, from my enemies; I take refuge in You. 10Teach me to do Your will, For You are my God; Let Your good Spirit lead me on level ground.King James Version

8Let me experience your faithful love in the morning, for I trust in you. Reveal to me the way I should go because I appeal to you.
9Rescue me from my enemies, Lord; I come to you for protection.

5I remember the days of old. I ponder all your great works and think about what you have done.
7Come quickly, Lord, and answer me, for my depression deepens. Don’t turn away from me, or I will die.
8Let me hear of your unfailing love each morning, for I am trusting you. Show me where to walk, for I give myself to you.
9Rescue me from my enemies, Lord; I run to you to hide me.
10Teach me to do your will, for you are my God. May your gracious Spirit lead me forward on a firm footing.
