Chapter 119
148My eyes anticipate the night watches, So that I may meditate on Your word. 149Hear my voice according to Your faithfulness; Revive me, Lord, according to Your judgments. 150Those who follow after wickedness approach; They are far from Your Law. 151You are near, Lord, And all Your commandments are truth. 152From long ago I have known from Your testimonies That You have founded them forever. 153Look at my affliction and rescue me, For I have not forgotten Your Law. 154Plead my cause and redeem me; Revive me according to Your word. 155Salvation is far from the wicked, For they do not seek Your statutes. 156 Great are Your mercies, Lord; Revive me according to Your judgments. 157Many are my persecutors and my enemies, Yet I do not turn aside from Your testimonies.King James Version

148I am awake through each watch of the night to meditate on your promise. 149In keeping with your faithful love, hear my voice. Lord, give me life in keeping with your justice. 150Those who pursue evil plans come near; they are far from your instruction. 151You are near, Lord, and all your commands are true. 152Long ago I learned from your decrees that you have established them forever. 153Consider my affliction and rescue me, for I have not forgotten your instruction. 154Champion my cause and redeem me; give me life as you promised. 155Salvation is far from the wicked because they do not study your statutes. 156Your compassions are many, Lord; give me life according to your judgments. 157My persecutors and foes are many. 148I stay awake through the night, thinking about your promise. 149In your faithful love, O Lord, hear my cry; let me be revived by following your regulations. 150Lawless people are coming to attack me; they live far from your instructions. 151But you are near, O Lord, and all your commands are true. 152I have known from my earliest days that your laws will last forever.
153Look upon my suffering and rescue me, for I have not forgotten your instructions.
154Argue my case; take my side! Protect my life as you promised.
155The wicked are far from rescue, for they do not bother with your decrees.
156Lord, how great is your mercy; let me be revived by following your regulations.
157Many persecute and trouble me, yet I have not swerved from your laws.

153Look on my affliction and deliver me, for I do not forget your law.
