Chapter 119
127Therefore I love Your commandments Above gold, yes, above pure gold. 128Therefore I carefully follow all Your precepts concerning everything, I hate every false way. 129Your testimonies are wonderful; Therefore my soul complies with them. 130The unfolding of Your words gives light; It gives understanding to the simple. 131I opened my mouth wide and panted, For I longed for Your commandments. 132Turn to me and be gracious to me, As is right for those who love Your name. 133Establish my footsteps in Your word, And do not let any wrongdoing have power over me. 134Redeem me from oppression by man, So that I may keep Your precepts. 135Make Your face shine upon Your servant, And teach me Your statutes. 136My eyes shed streams of water, Because they do not keep Your Law. 137You are righteous, Lord, And Your judgments are right. 138You have commanded Your testimonies in righteousness And great faithfulness. 139My zeal has consumed me, Because my enemies have forgotten Your words. 140Your word is very pure, Therefore Your servant loves it. 141I am small and despised, Yet I do not forget Your precepts. 142Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, And Your Law is truth. 143Trouble and anguish have come upon me, Yet Your commandments are my delight. 144Your testimonies are righteous forever; Give me understanding that I may live. 145I cried out with all my heart; answer me, Lord! I will comply with Your statutes. 146I cried to You; save me And I shall keep Your testimonies. 147I rise before dawn and cry for help; I wait for Your words. 148My eyes anticipate the night watches, So that I may meditate on Your word. 149Hear my voice according to Your faithfulness; Revive me, Lord, according to Your judgments. 150Those who follow after wickedness approach; They are far from Your Law. 151You are near, Lord, And all Your commandments are truth. 152From long ago I have known from Your testimonies That You have founded them forever. 153Look at my affliction and rescue me, For I have not forgotten Your Law. 154Plead my cause and redeem me; Revive me according to Your word. 155Salvation is far from the wicked, For they do not seek Your statutes.King James Version

127Therefore I love thy commandments above gold; yea, above fine gold. 128Therefore I esteem all thy precepts concerning all things to be right; and I hate every false way.
137TZADDI. Righteous art thou, O LORD, and upright are thy judgments.
138Thy testimonies that thou hast commanded are righteous and very faithful.
143Trouble and anguish have taken hold on me: yet thy commandments are my delights.
144The righteousness of thy testimonies is everlasting: give me understanding, and I shall live.
145KOPH. I cried with my whole heart; hear me, O LORD: I will keep thy statutes.
146I cried unto thee; save me, and I shall keep thy testimonies.
147I prevented the dawning of the morning, and cried: I hoped in thy word.
148Mine eyes prevent the night watches, that I might meditate in thy word.
150They draw nigh that follow after mischief: they are far from thy law.
151Thou art near, O LORD; and all thy commandments are truth.

127Since I love your commands more than gold, even the purest gold, 128I carefully follow all your precepts and hate every false way. 129Your decrees are wondrous; therefore I obey them. 130The revelation of your words brings light and gives understanding to the inexperienced. 131I open my mouth and pant because I long for your commands. 132Turn to me and be gracious to me, as is your practice toward those who love your name. 133Make my steps steady through your promise; don't let any sin dominate me. 134Redeem me from human oppression, and I will keep your precepts. 135Make your face shine on your servant, and teach me your statutes. 136My eyes pour out streams of tears because people do not follow your instruction. 137You are righteous, Lord, and your judgments are just. 138The decrees you issue are righteous and altogether trustworthy. 139My anger overwhelms me because my foes forget your words. 140Your word is completely pure, and your servant loves it. 141I am insignificant and despised, but I do not forget your precepts. 142Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and your instruction is true. 143Trouble and distress have overtaken me, but your commands are my delight. 144Your decrees are righteous forever. Give me understanding, and I will live. 145I call with all my heart; answer me, Lord. I will obey your statutes. 146I call to you; save me, and I will keep your decrees. 147I rise before dawn and cry out for help; I put my hope in your word. 148I am awake through each watch of the night to meditate on your promise. 149In keeping with your faithful love, hear my voice. Chapter 119
127Truly, I love your commands more than gold, even the finest gold. 128Each of your commandments is right. That is why I hate every false way.
129Your laws are wonderful. No wonder I obey them!
130The teaching of your word gives light, so even the simple can understand.
131I pant with expectation, longing for your commands.
132Come and show me your mercy, as you do for all who love your name.
133Guide my steps by your word, so I will not be overcome by evil.
134Ransom me from the oppression of evil people; then I can obey your commandments.
135Look upon me with love; teach me your decrees.
136Rivers of tears gush from my eyes because people disobey your instructions.
137O Lord, you are righteous, and your regulations are fair.
138Your laws are perfect and completely trustworthy.
139I am overwhelmed with indignation, for my enemies have disregarded your words.
140Your promises have been thoroughly tested; that is why I love them so much.
141I am insignificant and despised, but I don’t forget your commandments.
142Your justice is eternal, and your instructions are perfectly true.
143As pressure and stress bear down on me, I find joy in your commands.
144Your laws are always right; help me to understand them so I may live.
145I pray with all my heart; answer me, Lord! I will obey your decrees.
146I cry out to you; rescue me, that I may obey your laws.
147I rise early, before the sun is up; I cry out for help and put my hope in your words.
148I stay awake through the night, thinking about your promise.
149In your faithful love, O Lord, hear my cry; let me be revived by following your regulations.
150Lawless people are coming to attack me; they live far from your instructions.
151But you are near, O Lord, and all your commands are true.
