Chapter 105
13And they wandered from nation to nation, From one kingdom to another people, 14He allowed no one to oppress them, And He rebuked kings for their sakes, saying, 15'Do not touch My anointed ones, And do not harm My prophets.' 16And He called for a famine upon the land; He broke the whole staff of bread. 17He sent a man before them, Joseph, who was sold as a slave. 18They forced his feet into shackles, He was put in irons; 19Until the time that his word came to pass, The word of the Lord refined him. 20The king sent and released him, The ruler of peoples, and set him free. 21He made him lord of his house, And ruler over all his possessions, 22To imprison his high officials at will, That he might teach his elders wisdom. 23Israel also came into Egypt; So Jacob lived in the land of Ham. 24And He made His people very fruitful, And made them stronger than their enemies. 25He turned their heart to hate His people, To deal cunningly with His servants. 26He sent His servant Moses, And Aaron, whom He had chosen. 27They performed His wondrous acts among them, And miracles in the land of Ham. 28He sent darkness and made it dark; And they did not rebel against His words. 29He turned their waters into blood, And caused their fish to die. 30Their land swarmed with frogs Even in the chambers of their kings. 31He spoke, and a swarm of flies And gnats invaded all their territory. 32He gave them hail for rain, And flaming fire in their land. 33He also struck their vines and their fig trees, And smashed the trees of their territory. 34He spoke, and locusts came, And creeping locusts, beyond number, 35And they ate all the vegetation in their land, And ate the fruit of their ground. 36He also fatally struck all the firstborn in their land, The first fruits of all their vigor. 37Then He brought the Israelites out with silver and gold, And among His tribes there was not one who stumbled. 38Egypt was glad when they departed, For the dread of them had fallen upon the Egyptians. 39He spread out a cloud as a covering, And fire to illumine by night. 40 They asked, and He brought quail, And satisfied them with the bread of heaven. 41He opened the rock and water flowed out; It ran in the dry places like a river. 42For He remembered His holy word With His servant Abraham;King James Version

13When they went from one nation to another, from one kingdom to another people; 14He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes; 15Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm. 16Moreover he called for a famine upon the land: he brake the whole staff of bread. 17He sent a man before them, even Joseph, who was sold for a servant: 18Whose feet they hurt with fetters: he was laid in iron: 19Until the time that his word came: the word of the LORD tried him. 20The king sent and loosed him; even the ruler of the people, and let him go free. 21He made him lord of his house, and ruler of all his substance: 22To bind his princes at his pleasure; and teach his senators wisdom. 23Israel also came into Egypt; and Jacob sojourned in the land of Ham. 24And he increased his people greatly; and made them stronger than their enemies.
25He turned their heart to hate his people, to deal subtilly with his servants.
26He sent Moses his servant; and Aaron whom he had chosen.
27They shewed his signs among them, and wonders in the land of Ham.
28He sent darkness, and made it dark; and they rebelled not against his word.
29He turned their waters into blood, and slew their fish.
30Their land brought forth frogs in abundance, in the chambers of their kings.
31He spake, and there came divers sorts of flies, and lice in all their coasts.
32He gave them hail for rain, and flaming fire in their land.
33He smote their vines also and their fig trees; and brake the trees of their coasts.
34He spake, and the locusts came, and caterpillers, and that without number,
35And did eat up all the herbs in their land, and devoured the fruit of their ground.
36He smote also all the firstborn in their land, the chief of all their strength.
37He brought them forth also with silver and gold: and there was not one feeble person among their tribes.
38Egypt was glad when they departed: for the fear of them fell upon them.
39He spread a cloud for a covering; and fire to give light in the night.
40The people asked, and he brought quails, and satisfied them with the bread of heaven.
41He opened the rock, and the waters gushed out; they ran in the dry places like a river.
42For he remembered his holy promise, and Abraham his servant.

16He called down famine against the land and destroyed the entire food supply.
17He had sent a man ahead of them -- Joseph, who was sold as a slave.
18They hurt his feet with shackles; his neck was put in an iron collar.
19Until the time his prediction came true, the word of the Lord tested him.
20The king sent for him and released him; the ruler of peoples set him free.
21He made him master of his household, ruler over all his possessions --
22binding his officials at will and instructing his elders.
23Then Israel went to Egypt; Jacob lived as an alien in the land of Ham.
24The Lord made his people very fruitful; he made them more numerous than their foes,
25whose hearts he turned to hate his people and to deal deceptively with his servants.
26He sent Moses his servant, and Aaron, whom he had chosen.
27They performed his miraculous signs among them and wonders in the land of Ham.
28He sent darkness, and it became dark -- for did they not defy his commands?
29He turned their water into blood and caused their fish to die.
30Their land was overrun with frogs, even in their royal chambers.
31He spoke, and insects came -- gnats throughout their country.
32He gave them hail for rain, and lightning throughout their land.
33He struck their vines and fig trees and shattered the trees of their territory.
34He spoke, and locusts came -- young locusts without number.
35They devoured all the vegetation in their land and consumed the produce of their land.
36He struck all the firstborn in their land, all their first progeny.
37Then he brought Israel out with silver and gold, and no one among his tribes stumbled.
38Egypt was glad when they left, for the dread of Israel had fallen on them.
39He spread a cloud as a covering and gave a fire to light up the night.
40They asked, and he brought quail and satisfied them with bread from heaven.
41He opened a rock, and water gushed out; it flowed like a stream in the desert.
42For he remembered his holy promise to Abraham his servant.

Chapter 105
13They wandered from nation to nation, from one kingdom to another. 14Yet he did not let anyone oppress them. He warned kings on their behalf: 15'Do not touch my chosen people, and do not hurt my prophets.'
16He called for a famine on the land of Canaan, cutting off its food supply.
17Then he sent someone to Egypt ahead of them — Joseph, who was sold as a slave.
18They bruised his feet with fetters and placed his neck in an iron collar.
19Until the time came to fulfill his dreams, the Lord tested Joseph’s character.
20Then Pharaoh sent for him and set him free; the ruler of the nation opened his prison door.
21Joseph was put in charge of all the king’s household; he became ruler over all the king’s possessions.
22He could instruct the king’s aides as he pleased and teach the king’s advisers.
23Then Israel arrived in Egypt; Jacob lived as a foreigner in the land of Ham.
24And the Lord multiplied the people of Israel until they became too mighty for their enemies.
25Then he turned the Egyptians against the Israelites, and they plotted against the Lord’s servants.
26But the Lord sent his servant Moses, along with Aaron, whom he had chosen.
27They performed miraculous signs among the Egyptians, and wonders in the land of Ham.
28The Lord blanketed Egypt in darkness, for they had defied his commands to let his people go.
29He turned their water into blood, poisoning all the fish.
30Then frogs overran the land and even invaded the king’s bedrooms.
31When the Lord spoke, flies descended on the Egyptians, and gnats swarmed across Egypt.
32He sent them hail instead of rain, and lightning flashed over the land.
33He ruined their grapevines and fig trees and shattered all the trees.
34He spoke, and hordes of locusts came — young locusts beyond number.
35They ate up everything green in the land, destroying all the crops in their fields.
36Then he killed the oldest son in each Egyptian home, the pride and joy of each family.
37The Lord brought his people out of Egypt, loaded with silver and gold; and not one among the tribes of Israel even stumbled.
38Egypt was glad when they were gone, for they feared them greatly.
39The Lord spread a cloud above them as a covering and gave them a great fire to light the darkness.
40They asked for meat, and he sent them quail; he satisfied their hunger with manna — bread from heaven.
41He split open a rock, and water gushed out to form a river through the dry wasteland.
42For he remembered his sacred promise to his servant Abraham.

31He spoke, and there came swarms of flies, and gnats throughout their country.

34He spoke, and the locusts came, grasshoppers without number;
35they ate up every green thing in their land, ate up the produce of their soil.
36Then he struck down all the firstborn in their land, the firstfruits of all their manhood.
37He brought out Israel, laden with silver and gold, and from among their tribes no one faltered.
