Psalms 102:2-7
New American Standard Bible
Chapter 102
2Do not hide Your face from me on the day of my distress; Incline Your ear to me; On the day when I call answer me quickly. 3For my days have ended in smoke, And my bones have been scorched like a hearth. 4My heart has been struck like grass and has withered, Indeed, I forget to eat my bread. 5Because of the loudness of my groaning My bones cling to my flesh. 6I resemble a pelican of the wilderness; I have become like an owl of the ruins. 7I lie awake, I have become like a solitary bird on a housetop.King James Version
Chapter 102
2Hide not thy face from me in the day when I am in trouble; incline thine ear unto me: in the day when I call answer me speedily. 3For my days are consumed like smoke, and my bones are burned as an hearth. 4My heart is smitten, and withered like grass; so that I forget to eat my bread. 5By reason of the voice of my groaning my bones cleave to my skin. 6I am like a pelican of the wilderness: I am like an owl of the desert. 7I watch, and am as a sparrow alone upon the house top.Christian Standard Bible

2Do not hide your face from me in my day of trouble. Listen closely to me; answer me quickly when I call. 3For my days vanish like smoke, and my bones burn like a furnace. 4My heart is suffering, withered like grass; I even forget to eat my food. 5Because of the sound of my groaning, my flesh sticks to my bones. 6I am like an eagle owl, like a little owl among the ruins. 7I stay awake; I am like a solitary bird on a roof.New Living Translation
Chapter 102
2Don’t turn away from me in my time of distress. Bend down to listen, and answer me quickly when I call to you. 3For my days disappear like smoke, and my bones burn like red-hot coals. 4My heart is sick, withered like grass, and I have lost my appetite. 5Because of my groaning, I am reduced to skin and bones. 6I am like an owl in the desert, like a little owl in a far-off wilderness. 7I lie awake, lonely as a solitary bird on the roof.English Standard Version
