John 19:41-42

Chapter 19

41Now in the place where He was crucified there was a garden, and in the garden was a new tomb in which no one had yet been laid. 42Therefore because of the Jewish day of preparation, since the tomb was nearby, they laid Jesus there.

41Now in the place where he was crucified there was a garden; and in the garden a new sepulchre, wherein was never man yet laid. 42There laid they Jesus therefore because of the Jews' preparation day; for the sepulchre was nigh at hand.

41There was a garden in the place where he was crucified. A new tomb was in the garden; no one had yet been placed in it. 42They placed Jesus there because of the Jewish day of preparation and since the tomb was nearby.
