John 8:9-16
New American Standard Bible
Chapter 8
9Now when they heard this, they began leaving, one by one, beginning with the older ones, and He was left alone, and the woman where she was, in the center of the courtyard. 10And straightening up, Jesus said to her, 'Woman, where are they? Did no one condemn you?' 11She said, 'No one, Lord.' And Jesus said, 'I do not condemn you, either. Go. From now on do not sin any longer.']]
12Then Jesus again spoke to them, saying, 'I am the Light of the world; the one who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life.'
13So the Pharisees said to Him, 'You are testifying about Yourself; Your testimony is not true.'
14Jesus answered and said to them, 'Even if I am testifying about Myself, My testimony is true, because I know where I came from and where I am going; but you do not know where I come from or where I am going.
15You judge according to the flesh; I am not judging anyone.
16But even if I do judge, My judgment is true; for I am not alone in it, but I and the Father who sent Me.
King James Version
Chapter 8
9And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst. 10When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee? 11She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.
12Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
13The Pharisees therefore said unto him, Thou bearest record of thyself; thy record is not true.
14Jesus answered and said unto them, Though I bear record of myself, yet my record is true: for I know whence I came, and whither I go; but ye cannot tell whence I come, and whither I go.
15Ye judge after the flesh; I judge no man.
16And yet if I judge, my judgment is true: for I am not alone, but I and the Father that sent me.

Chapter 8
9When they heard this, they left one by one, starting with the older men. Only he was left, with the woman in the center. 10When Jesus stood up, he said to her, "Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you? "
14"Even if I testify about myself," Jesus replied, "My testimony is true, because I know where I came from and where I'm going. But you don't know where I come from or where I'm going.
15You judge by human standards. I judge no one.
16And if I do judge, my judgment is true, because it is not I alone who judge, but I and the Father who sent me.
New Living Translation
Chapter 8
9When the accusers heard this, they slipped away one by one, beginning with the oldest, until only Jesus was left in the middle of the crowd with the woman. 10Then Jesus stood up again and said to the woman, 'Where are your accusers? Didn’t even one of them condemn you?'
14Jesus told them, 'These claims are valid even though I make them about myself. For I know where I came from and where I am going, but you don’t know this about me.
15You judge me by human standards, but I do not judge anyone.
16And if I did, my judgment would be correct in every respect because I am not alone. The Father who sent me is with me.

Chapter 8
9At this, those who heard began to go away one at a time, the older ones first, until only Jesus was left, with the woman still standing there. 10Jesus straightened up and asked her, 'Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?'
14Jesus answered, 'Even if I testify on my own behalf, my testimony is valid, for I know where I came from and where I am going. But you have no idea where I come from or where I am going.
15You judge by human standards; I pass judgment on no one.
16But if I do judge, my decisions are true, because I am not alone. I stand with the Father, who sent me.
