Chapter 7

10Then the Lord spoke again to Ahaz, saying, 11Ask for a sign for yourself from the Lord your God; make it deep as Sheol or high as heaven.' 12But Ahaz said, 'I will not ask, nor will I put the Lord to the test!'

10Moreover the Lord spake again unto Ahaz, saying, 11Ask thee a sign of the Lord thy God; ask it either in the depth, or in the height above. 12But Ahaz said, I will not ask, neither will I tempt the Lord.
