Chapter 8

14He also put garrisons in Edom. In all Edom he put garrisons, and all the Edomites became servants to David. And the Lord helped David wherever he went.
15So David reigned over all Israel; and David administered justice and righteousness for all his people.

14And he put garrisons in Edom; throughout all Edom put he garrisons, and all they of Edom became David's servants. And the Lord preserved David whithersoever he went. 15And David reigned over all Israel; and David executed judgment and justice unto all his people.
