Luke 6:7-10
New American Standard Bible
Chapter 6
7Now the scribes and the Pharisees were watching Him closely to see if He healed on the Sabbath, so that they might find a reason to accuse Him. 8But He knew what they were thinking, and He said to the man with the withered hand, 'Get up and come forward!' And he got up and came forward. 9And Jesus said to them, 'I ask you whether it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath or to do harm, to save a life or to destroy it?' 10And after looking around at them all, He said to him, 'Stretch out your hand!' And he did so; and his hand was restored.King James Version
Chapter 6
7And the scribes and Pharisees watched him, whether he would heal on the sabbath day; that they might find an accusation against him. 8But he knew their thoughts, and said to the man which had the withered hand, Rise up, and stand forth in the midst. And he arose and stood forth. 9Then said Jesus unto them, I will ask you one thing; Is it lawful on the sabbath days to do good, or to do evil? to save life, or to destroy it? 10And looking round about upon them all, he said unto the man, Stretch forth thy hand. And he did so: and his hand was restored whole as the other.Christian Standard Bible

So he got up and stood there. 9Then Jesus said to them, "I ask you: Is it lawful to do good on the Sabbath or to do evil, to save life or to destroy it? " 10After looking around at them all, he told him, "Stretch out your hand." He did, and his hand was restored.New Living Translation
8But Jesus knew their thoughts. He said to the man with the deformed hand, 'Come and stand in front of everyone.' So the man came forward.
