And after looking around at them all, He said to him, 'Stretch out your hand!' And he did

and his hand was restored.

But they themselves were filled with senseless rage, and
began
discussing together what they might do to Jesus.

They, however, were filled with rage and started discussing with one another what they might do to Jesus.

He looked around at them one by one and then said to the man, 'Hold out your hand.' So the man held out his hand, and it was restored!

At this, the enemies of Jesus were wild with rage and began to discuss what to do with him.
