The Pharisees and their scribes
began
grumbling to His disciples, saying, 'Why do you eat and drink with the tax collectors and sinners?'

And Jesus answered and said to them, '
It is
not those who are healthy who need a physician, but those who are sick.

But their scribes and Pharisees murmured against his disciples, saying, Why do ye eat and drink with publicans and sinners?

And Jesus answering said unto them, They that are whole need not a physician; but they that are sick.

But the Pharisees and their scribes were complaining to his disciples, "Why do you eat and drink with tax collectors and sinners? "

Jesus replied to them, "It is not those who are healthy who need a doctor, but those who are sick.

But the Pharisees and their teachers of religious law complained bitterly to Jesus’ disciples, 'Why do you eat and drink with such scum? '
