Jude 1:19-25
New American Standard Bible
Chapter 1
19These are the ones who cause divisions, worldly-minded, devoid of the Spirit. 20But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, 21keep yourselves in the love of God, looking forward to the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to eternal life. 22And have mercy on some, who are doubting; 23save others, snatching them out of the fire; and on some have mercy with fear, hating even the garment polluted by the flesh.King James Version
Chapter 1
19These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit. 20But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, 21Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. 22And of some have compassion, making a difference: 23And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.Christian Standard Bible
20But you, dear friends, as you build yourselves up in your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit,
21keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting expectantly for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ for eternal life.
22Have mercy on those who waver;
23save others by snatching them from the fire; have mercy on others but with fear, hating even the garment defiled by the flesh.
New Living Translation
20But you, dear friends, must build each other up in your most holy faith, pray in the power of the Holy Spirit,
21and await the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ, who will bring you eternal life. In this way, you will keep yourselves safe in God’s love.
22And you must show mercy to those whose faith is wavering.
23Rescue others by snatching them from the flames of judgment. Show mercy to still others, but do so with great caution, hating the sins that contaminate their lives.
24Now all glory to God, who is able to keep you from falling away and will bring you with great joy into his glorious presence without a single fault.
25All glory to him who alone is God, our Savior through Jesus Christ our Lord. All glory, majesty, power, and authority are his before all time, and in the present, and beyond all time! Amen.
