I will also make it the property of the hedgehog and swamps of water, and I will sweep it away with the broom of destruction,' declares the

24
The
Lord

King James Version

I will also make it a possession for the bittern, and pools of water: and I will sweep it with the besom of destruction, saith the
Lord
of hosts.
24
The
Lord
of hosts hath sworn, saying, Surely as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, so shall it stand:
25
That I will break the Assyrian in my land, and upon my mountains tread him under foot: then shall his yoke depart from off them, and his burden depart from off their shoulders.
Christian Standard Bible

As I have purposed, so it will be;
as I have planned it, so it will happen.

Then his yoke will be taken from them,
and his burden will be removed from their shoulders.

of Heaven’s Armies has sworn this oath:
'It will all happen as I have planned.
It will be as I have decided.

I will trample them on my mountains.
My people will no longer be their slaves
nor bow down under their heavy loads.
