While He was in Bethany at the home of Simon the Leper, He was reclining
at the table,
and a woman came with an alabaster vial of very expensive perfume of pure nard. She broke the vial and poured

over His head.

And being in Bethany in the house of Simon the leper, as he sat at meat, there came a woman having an alabaster box of ointment of spikenard very precious; and she brake the box, and poured

While he was in Bethany at the house of Simon the leper, as he was reclining at the table, a woman came with an alabaster jar of very expensive perfume of pure nard. She broke the jar and poured it on his head.

But not during the Passover celebration,' they agreed, 'or the people may riot.'

Meanwhile, Jesus was in Bethany at the home of Simon, a man who had previously had leprosy. While he was eating, a woman came in with a beautiful alabaster jar of expensive perfume made from essence of nard. She broke open the jar and poured the perfume over his head.
