Chapter 1

29But she was very perplexed at this statement, and was pondering what kind of greeting this was. 30And the angel said to her, 'Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. 31And behold, you will conceive in your womb and give birth to a son, and you shall name Him Jesus.

29And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be. 30And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.
