Those who were with Him from the Pharisees heard these things and said to Him, 'We are not blind too, are we?'

Jesus said to them, 'If you were blind, you would have no sin; but now

you maintain, ‘We see,’ your sin remains.

And some of the Pharisees which were with him heard these words, and said unto him, Are we blind also?

"If you were blind," Jesus told them, "you wouldn’t have sin. But now that you say, ‘We see,’ your sin remains.

Some Pharisees who were standing nearby heard him and asked, 'Are you saying we’re blind?'

If you were blind, you wouldn’t be guilty,' Jesus replied. 'But you remain guilty because you claim you can see.
