Chapter 5

43I have come in My Father’s name, and you do not receive Me; if another comes in his own name, you will receive him. 44How can you believe, when you accept glory from one another and you do not seek the glory that is from the one and only God?

43I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive. 44How can ye believe, which receive honour one of another, and seek not the honour that cometh from God only?

43I have come in my Father’s name, and yet you don’t accept me. If someone else comes in his own name, you will accept him. 44How can you believe, since you accept glory from one another but don’t seek the glory that comes from the only God?
