Chapter 51
19These two things have happened to you; Who will mourn for you? The devastation and destruction, famine and sword; How shall I comfort you? 20Your sons have fainted, They lie helpless at the head of every street, Like an antelope in a net, Full of the wrath of the Lord, The rebuke of your God. 21Therefore, listen to this, you afflicted, Who are drunk, but not with wine: 22This is what your Lord, the Lord, your God Who contends for His people says: 'Behold, I have taken from your hand the cup of staggering, The chalice of My anger; You will never drink it again.King James Version

20Your children have fainted; they lie at the head of every street like an antelope in a net. They are full of the Lord’s fury, the rebuke of your God.
21So listen to this, suffering and drunken one—but not with wine.
22This is what your Lord says— the Lord, even your God, who defends his people — "Look, I have removed from your hand the cup that causes staggering; that goblet, the cup of my fury. You will never drink it again.

21Therefore hear this, you afflicted one, made drunk, but not with wine.
22This is what your Sovereign Lord says, your God, who defends his people: "See, I have taken out of your hand the cup that made you stagger; from that cup, the goblet of my wrath, you will never drink again.
