Matthew 27:32-42
New American Standard Bible
33And when they came to a place called Golgotha, which means Place of a Skull,
34they gave Him wine mixed with bile to drink; and after tasting it, He was unwilling to drink it.
35And when they had crucified Him, they divided His garments among themselves by casting lots.
36And sitting down, they began to keep watch over Him there.
37And above His head they put up the charge against Him which read, 'THIS IS JESUS THE KING OF THE JEWS.'
38At that time two rebels *were being crucified with Him, one on the right and one on the left.
39And those passing by were speaking abusively to Him, shaking their heads,
40and saying, 'You who are going to destroy the temple and rebuild it in three days, save Yourself! If You are the Son of God, come down from the cross.'
41In the same way the chief priests also, along with the scribes and elders, were mocking Him and saying,
42He saved others; He cannot save Himself! He is the King of Israel; let Him now come down from the cross, and we will believe in Him.

Chapter 27
32And as they came out, they found a man of Cyrene, Simon by name: him they compelled to bear his cross. 33And when they were come unto a place called Golgotha, that is to say, a place of a skull, 34They gave him vinegar to drink mingled with gall: and when he had tasted thereof, he would not drink. 35And they crucified him, and parted his garments, casting lots: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, They parted my garments among them, and upon my vesture did they cast lots. 36And sitting down they watched him there; 37And set up over his head his accusation written, THIS IS JESUS THE KING OF THE JEWS. 38Then were there two thieves crucified with him, one on the right hand, and another on the left. 39And they that passed by reviled him, wagging their heads, 40And saying, Thou that destroyest the temple, and buildest it in three days, save thyself. If thou be the Son of God, come down from the cross. 41Likewise also the chief priests mocking him, with the scribes and elders, said, 42He saved others; himself he cannot save. If he be the King of Israel, let him now come down from the cross, and we will believe him.Christian Standard Bible

Chapter 27
32Along the way, they came across a man named Simon, who was from Cyrene, and the soldiers forced him to carry Jesus’ cross. 33And they went out to a place called Golgotha (which means 'Place of the Skull'). 34The soldiers gave Jesus wine mixed with bitter gall, but when he had tasted it, he refused to drink it.
35After they had nailed him to the cross, the soldiers gambled for his clothes by throwing dice.
36Then they sat around and kept guard as he hung there.
37A sign was fastened above Jesus’ head, announcing the charge against him. It read: 'This is Jesus, the King of the Jews.'
