And He told them a parable: 'Look at the fig tree and all the trees:

as soon as they put forth
leaves,
you see for yourselves and know that summer is now near.
31
So you too, when you see these things happening, recognize that the kingdom of God is near.

When they now shoot forth, ye see and know of your own selves that summer is now nigh at hand.

So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand.

As soon as they put out leaves you can see for yourselves and recognize that summer is already near.

In the same way, when you see these things happening, recognize that the kingdom of God is near.

When the leaves come out, you know without being told that summer is near.

In the same way, when you see all these things taking place, you can know that the Kingdom of God is near.
