And whatever house you enter, first say, ‘Peace

to this house.’

And if a man of peace is there, your peace will rest upon him; but if not, it will return to you.

Stay in that house, eating and drinking what they provide; for the laborer is deserving of his wages. Do not move from house to house.

And if the son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon it: if not, it shall turn to you again.

And in the same house remain, eating and drinking such things as they give: for the labourer is worthy of his hire. Go not from house to house.

If a person of peace is there, your peace will rest on him; but if not, it will return to you.

Remain in the same house, eating and drinking what they offer, for the worker is worthy of his wages. Don’t move from house to house.
New Living Translation
Chapter 10

Whenever you enter someone’s home, first say, ‘May God’s peace be on this house.’

If those who live there are peaceful, the blessing will stand; if they are not, the blessing will return to you.

Don’t move around from home to home. Stay in one place, eating and drinking what they provide. Don’t hesitate to accept hospitality, because those who work deserve their pay.
