Hebrews 10:8-11
New American Standard Bible
Chapter 10
8
After saying above, 'SACRIFICES AND OFFERINGS AND WHOLE BURNT OFFERINGS AND
offerings
for sin YOU HAVE NOT DESIRED, NOR HAVE YOU TAKEN PLEASURE
in them
' (which are offered according to the Law),
9
then He said, 'BEHOLD, I HAVE COME TO DO YOUR WILL.' He takes away the first in order to establish the second.
10
By this will, we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all
time.
11
Every priest stands daily ministering and offering time after time the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins;
King James Version
Chapter 10
8
Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law;
9
Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.
10
By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
11
And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:
Christian Standard Bible
Chapter 10
8
After he says above,
You did not desire or delight in sacrifices and offerings, whole burnt offerings and sin offerings
(which are offered according to the law ),
9
he then says,
See, I have come to do your will.
He takes away the first to establish the second.
10
By this will, we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all time.
11
Every priest stands day after day ministering and offering the same sacrifices time after time, which can never take away sins.
New Living Translation
Chapter 10
8
First, Christ said, 'You did not want animal sacrifices or sin offerings or burnt offerings or other offerings for sin, nor were you pleased with them' (though they are required by the law of Moses).
9
Then he said, 'Look, I have come to do your will.' He cancels the first covenant in order to put the second into effect.
10
For God’s will was for us to be made holy by the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ, once for all time.
11
Under the old covenant, the priest stands and ministers before the altar day after day, offering the same sacrifices again and again, which can never take away sins.
English Standard Version
Chapter 10
8
When he said above, "You have neither desired nor taken pleasure in sacrifices and offerings and burnt offerings and sin offerings" (these are offered according to the law),
9
then he added, "Behold, I have come to do your will." He does away with the first in order to establish the second.
10
And by that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
11
And every priest stands daily at his service, offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins.
New International Version
Chapter 10
8
First he said, "Sacrifices and offerings, burnt offerings and sin offerings you did not desire, nor were you pleased with them"—though they were offered in accordance with the law.
9
Then he said, "Here I am, I have come to do your will." He sets aside the first to establish the second.
10
And by that will, we have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
11
Day after day every priest stands and performs his religious duties; again and again he offers the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins.
New King James Version

8
Previously saying, “Sacrifice and offering, burnt offerings, and
offerings
for sin You did not desire, nor had pleasure
in them
” (which are offered according to the law),
9

10
By that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once
for all.
11
And every priest stands ministering daily and offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins.
