Chapter 1
7And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.
8But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.
9Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.
10And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands:
11They shall perish; but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old as doth a garment;
12And as a vesture shalt thou fold them up, and they shall be changed: but thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail.
Christian Standard Bible
8but to the Son: Your throne, O God, is forever and ever, and the scepter of your kingdom is a scepter of justice.
9 You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness; this is why God, your God, has anointed you with the oil of joy beyond your companions.
10And: In the beginning, Lord, you established the earth, and the heavens are the works of your hands;
11 they will perish, but you remain. They will all wear out like clothing;
12 you will roll them up like a cloak, and they will be changed like clothing. But you are the same, and your years will never end.
New Living Translation
8But to the Son he says, 'Your throne, O God, endures forever and ever. You rule with a scepter of justice.
9You love justice and hate evil. Therefore, O God, your God has anointed you, pouring out the oil of joy on you more than on anyone else.'
10He also says to the Son, 'In the beginning, Lord, you laid the foundation of the earth and made the heavens with your hands.
11They will perish, but you remain forever. They will wear out like old clothing.
12You will fold them up like a cloak and discard them like old clothing. But you are always the same; you will live forever.'
English Standard Version

11they will perish, but you remain; they will all wear out like a garment,
12like a robe you will roll them up, like a garment they will be changed. But you are the same, and your years will have no end."
13And to which of the angels has he ever said, "Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet"?
