Then these men said, 'We will not find any ground of accusation against this Daniel unless we find
it
against him regarding the law of his God.'

Then these commissioners and satraps came by agreement to the king and spoke to him as follows: 'King Darius, live forever!

Then said these men, We shall not find any occasion against this Daniel, except we find
it
against him concerning the law of his God.

Then these presidents and princes assembled together to the king, and said thus unto him, King Darius, live for ever.

Then these men said, "We will never find any charge against this Daniel unless we find something against him concerning the law of his God."

So the administrators and satraps went together to the king and said to him, "May King Darius live forever.

So they concluded, 'Our only chance of finding grounds for accusing Daniel will be in connection with the rules of his religion.'

So the administrators and high officers went to the king and said, 'Long live King Darius!

Then these men said, “We shall not find any ground for complaint against this Daniel unless we find it in connection with the law of his God.”
