But the one who was injuring his neighbor pushed him away, saying, ‘WHO MADE YOU A RULER AND JUDGE OVER US?
28
YOU DO NOT INTEND TO KILL ME AS YOU KILLED THE EGYPTIAN YESTERDAY, DO YOU?’
29
At this remark, MOSES FLED AND BECAME A STRANGER IN THE LAND OF MIDIAN, where he fathered two sons.

But he that did his neighbour wrong thrust him away, saying, Who made thee a ruler and a judge over us?
28
Wilt thou kill me, as thou diddest the Egyptian yesterday?
29
Then fled Moses at this saying, and was a stranger in the land of Madian, where he begat two sons.

"But the one who was mistreating his neighbor pushed Moses aside, saying: Who appointed you a ruler and a judge over us?
28
Do you want to kill me, the same way you killed the Egyptian yesterday?
29
"When he heard this, Moses fled and became an exile in the land of Midian, where he became the father of two sons.

Chapter 7
27
But the man in the wrong pushed Moses aside. ‘Who made you a ruler and judge over us?’ he asked.
28
‘Are you going to kill me as you killed that Egyptian yesterday?’
29
When Moses heard that, he fled the country and lived as a foreigner in the land of Midian. There his two sons were born.

But the man who was wronging his neighbor thrust him aside, saying, ‘Who made you a ruler and a judge over us?

Do you want to kill me as you killed the Egyptian yesterday?’

At this retort Moses fled and became an exile in the land of Midian, where he became the father of two sons.

But the man who was mistreating the other pushed Moses aside and said, 'Who made you ruler and judge over us?

Are you thinking of killing me as you killed the Egyptian yesterday?'

When Moses heard this, he fled to Midian, where he settled as a foreigner and had two sons.
