That Hadad fled, he and certain Edomites of his father's servants with him, to go into Egypt; Hadad

yet a little child.

For Joab and all Israel had remained there six months, until he had killed every male in Edom.

Hadad fled to Egypt, along with some Edomites from his father's servants. At the time Hadad was a small boy.
New Living Translation
Chapter 11

Joab and the army of Israel had stayed there for six months, killing them.
17
But Hadad and a few of his father’s royal officials escaped and headed for Egypt. (Hadad was just a boy at the time.)

(for Joab and all Israel remained there six months, until he had cut off every male in Edom).

But Hadad fled to Egypt, together with certain Edomites of his father’s servants, Hadad still being a little child.

Joab and all the Israelites stayed there for six months, until they had destroyed all the men in Edom.

But Hadad, still only a boy, fled to Egypt with some Edomite officials who had served his father.
