Chapter 4

14 This happened so that what was spoken through Isaiah the prophet would be fulfilled:
15 'THE LAND OF ZEBULUN AND THE LAND OF NAPHTALI, BY THE WAY OF THE SEA, ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE JORDAN, GALILEE OF THE GENTILES— 16 THE PEOPLE WHO WERE SITTING IN DARKNESS SAW A GREAT LIGHT, AND THOSE WHO WERE SITTING IN THE LAND AND SHADOW OF DEATH, UPON THEM A LIGHT DAWNED.'
17 From that time Jesus began to preach and say, 'Repent, for the kingdom of heavenis at hand.'
18 Now as Jesus was walking by the Sea of Galilee, He saw two brothers, Simon, who was called Peter, and his brother Andrew, casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen. 19 And He *said to them, 'Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of people.' 20 Immediately they left their nets and followed Him.

17 From then on Jesus began to preach, 'Repent of your sins and turn to God, for the Kingdom of Heaven is near.'
18 One day as Jesus was walking along the shore of the Sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers--Simon, also called Peter, and Andrew--throwing a net into the water, for they fished for a living. 19 Jesus called out to them, 'Come, follow me, and I will show you how to fish for people!' 20 And they left their nets at once and followed him.
