Chapter 2

1Now the word of the Lord came to me, saying,
2Go and proclaim in the ears of Jerusalem, saying, ‘This is what the Lord says: 'I remember regarding you the devotion of your youth, Your love when you were a bride, Your following after Me in the wilderness, Through a land not sown.
3Israel was holy to the Lord, The first of His harvest. All who ate of it became guilty; Evil came upon them,' declares the Lord.’?'

Chapter 2

1Moreover the word of the Lord came to me, saying, 2Go and cry in the ears of Jerusalem, saying, Thus saith the Lord; I remember thee, the kindness of thy youth, the love of thine espousals, when thou wentest after me in the wilderness, in a land that was not sown. 3Israel was holiness unto the Lord, and the firstfruits of his increase: all that devour him shall offend; evil shall come upon them, saith the Lord.
