Therefore, I encourage you to take some food, for this is for your survival, for not a hair from the head of any of you will perish.'

Having said this, he took bread and gave thanks to God in the presence of them all, and he broke it and began to eat.

meat: for this is for your health: for there shall not an hair fall from the head of any of you.

And when he had thus spoken, he took bread, and gave thanks to God in presence of them all: and when he had broken

So I urge you to take some food. For this is for your survival, since none of you will lose a hair from your head."

After he said these things and had taken some bread, he gave thanks to God in the presence of all of them, and after he broke it, he began to eat.

Please eat something now for your own good. For not a hair of your heads will perish.'

Then he took some bread, gave thanks to God before them all, and broke off a piece and ate it.
