On an appointed day, after putting on his royal apparel, Herod took his seat on the rostrum and

cried out, 'The voice of a god and not of a man!'

And upon a set day Herod, arrayed in royal apparel, sat upon his throne, and made an oration unto them.

And the people gave a shout,
saying, It is
the voice of a god, and not of a man.

On an appointed day, dressed in royal robes and seated on the throne, Herod delivered a speech to them.

The assembled people began to shout, "It's the voice of a god and not of a man! "
