Now the Arameans had gone out in bands and had taken captive a little girl from the land of Israel; and she waited on Naaman’s wife.

And she said to her mistress, 'If only my master were with the prophet who is in Samaria! Then he would cure him of his leprosy.'

And the Syrians had gone out by companies, and had brought away captive out of the land of Israel a little maid; and she waited on Naaman's wife.

And she said unto her mistress, Would God my lord were with the prophet that is in Samaria! for he would recover him of his leprosy.

Aram had gone on raids and brought back from the land of Israel a young girl who served Naaman’s wife.

She said to her mistress, "If only my master were with the prophet who is in Samaria, he would cure him of his skin disease."

At this time Aramean raiders had invaded the land of Israel, and among their captives was a young girl who had been given to Naaman’s wife as a maid.

One day the girl said to her mistress, 'I wish my master would go to see the prophet in Samaria. He would heal him of his leprosy.'
