New American Standard Bible

So he went down and dipped
himself
in the Jordan seven times, in accordance with the word of the man of God; and his flesh was restored like the flesh of a little child, and he was clean.
15
Then he returned to the man of God with all his company, and came and stood before him. And he said, 'Behold now, I know that there is no God in all the earth, except in Israel; so please accept a gift from your servant now.'
King James Version
Chapter 5
14
Then went he down, and dipped himself seven times in Jordan, according to the saying of the man of God: and his flesh came again like unto the flesh of a little child, and he was clean.
15
And he returned to the man of God, he and all his company, and came, and stood before him: and he said, Behold, now I know that there is no God in all the earth, but in Israel: now therefore, I pray thee, take a blessing of thy servant.
Christian Standard Bible

Then Naaman and his whole company went back to the man of God, stood before him, and declared, "I know there’s no God in the whole world except in Israel. Therefore, please accept a gift from your servant."

Then Naaman and his entire party went back to find the man of God. They stood before him, and Naaman said, 'Now I know that there is no God in all the world except in Israel. So please accept a gift from your servant.'
