One who loves purity of heart
And
whose speech is gracious, the king is his friend.

The eyes of the
Lord
protect knowledge,
But He overthrows the words of the treacherous person.

The lazy one says, 'There is a lion outside;
I will be killed in the streets!'

He that loveth pureness of heart,
for
the grace of his lips the king
shall be
his friend.

The eyes of the LORD preserve knowledge, and he overthroweth the words of the transgressor.
