Chapter 26
38The sons of Benjamin by their families: of Bela, the family of the Belaites; of Ashbel, the family of the Ashbelites; of Ahiram, the family of the Ahiramites; 39of Shephupham, the family of the Shuphamites; of Hupham, the family of the Huphamites. 40The sons of Bela were Ard and Naaman: of Ard, the family of the Ardites; of Naaman, the family of the Naamites. 41These are the sons of Benjamin by their families; and those who were numbered of them were 45,600.
42These are the sons of Dan by their families: of Shuham, the family of the Shuhamites. These are the families of Dan by their families.
43All the families of the Shuhamites, by those who were numbered of them, were 64,400.
44The sons of Asher by their families: of Imnah, the family of the Imnites; of Ishvi, the family of the Ishvites; of Beriah, the family of the Beriites.
45Of the sons of Beriah: of Heber, the family of the Heberites; of Malchiel, the family of the Malchielites.
46And the name of the daughter of Asher was Serah.
47These are the families of the sons of Asher by those who were numbered of them, 53,400.
48The sons of Naphtali by their families: of Jahzeel, the family of the Jahzeelites; of Guni, the family of the Gunites;
49of Jezer, the family of the Jezerites; of Shillem, the family of the Shillemites.
50These are the families of Naphtali by their families; and those who were numbered of them were 45,400.
52Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
53Among these the land shall be divided as an inheritance according to the number of names.
54To a larger group you shall increase their inheritance, and to a smaller group you shall decrease their inheritance; each shall be given their inheritance corresponding to the total of those who were numbered of them.
55But the land shall be divided by lot. They shall receive their inheritance according to the names of the tribes of their fathers.

These are the families of Dan after their families. 43All the families of the Shuhamites, according to those that were numbered of them, were threescore and four thousand and four hundred. 44Of the children of Asher after their families: of Jimna, the family of the Jimnites: of Jesui, the family of the Jesuites: of Beriah, the family of the Beriites. 45Of the sons of Beriah: of Heber, the family of the Heberites: of Malchiel, the family of the Malchielites. 46And the name of the daughter of Asher was Sarah. 47These are the families of the sons of Asher according to those that were numbered of them; who were fifty and three thousand and four hundred. 48Of the sons of Naphtali after their families: of Jahzeel, the family of the Jahzeelites: of Guni, the family of the Gunites: 49Of Jezer, the family of the Jezerites: of Shillem, the family of the Shillemites. 50These are the families of Naphtali according to their families: and they that were numbered of them were forty and five thousand and four hundred. 51These were the numbered of the children of Israel, six hundred thousand and a thousand seven hundred and thirty.
52And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
53Unto these the land shall be divided for an inheritance according to the number of names.
54To many thou shalt give the more inheritance, and to few thou shalt give the less inheritance: to every one shall his inheritance be given according to those that were numbered of him.
55Notwithstanding the land shall be divided by lot: according to the names of the tribes of their fathers they shall inherit.

50These were the Naphtali clans numbered by their registered men: 45,400.
51These registered Israelite men numbered 601,730.
52The Lord spoke to Moses,
53"The land is to be divided among them as an inheritance based on the number of names.
54Increase the inheritance for a large tribe and decrease it for a small one. Each is to be given its inheritance according to those who were registered in it.
55The land is to be divided by lot; they will receive an inheritance according to the names of their ancestral tribes.

Chapter 26
38These were the clans descended from the sons of Benjamin: The Belaite clan, named after their ancestor Bela. The Ashbelite clan, named after their ancestor Ashbel. The Ahiramite clan, named after their ancestor Ahiram. 39The Shuphamite clan, named after their ancestor Shupham. The Huphamite clan, named after their ancestor Hupham.
48These were the clans descended from the sons of Naphtali: The Jahzeelite clan, named after their ancestor Jahzeel. The Gunite clan, named after their ancestor Guni.
49The Jezerite clan, named after their ancestor Jezer. The Shillemite clan, named after their ancestor Shillem.
52Then the Lord said to Moses,
53Divide the land among the tribes, and distribute the grants of land in proportion to the tribes’ populations, as indicated by the number of names on the list.
54Give the larger tribes more land and the smaller tribes less land, each group receiving a grant in proportion to the size of its population.
55But you must assign the land by lot, and give land to each ancestral tribe according to the number of names on the list.
