Take what is yours and go; but I want to give to this last person the same as to you.

Is it not lawful for me to do what I want with what is my own? Or is your eye envious because I am generous?’

So the last shall be first, and the first, last.'

As Jesus was about to go up to Jerusalem, He took the twelve
disciples
aside by themselves, and on the road He said to them,

Is it not lawful for me to do what I will with mine own? Is thine eye evil, because I am good?

So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen.

And Jesus going up to Jerusalem took the twelve disciples apart in the way, and said unto them,

So those who are last now will be first then, and those who are first will be last.'

Take what belongs to you and go. I choose to give to this last worker as I give to you.

Am I not allowed to do what I choose with what belongs to me? Or do you begrudge my generosity?’
