New American Standard Bible
Chapter 2
2Then the Lord answered me and said, 'Write down the vision And inscribe it clearly on tablets, So that one who reads it may run. 3For the vision is yet for the appointed time; It hurries toward the goal and it will not fail. Though it delays, wait for it; For it will certainly come, it will not delay long. 4'Behold, as for the impudent one, His soul is not right within him; But the righteous one will live by his faith.King James Version

2And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. 3For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. 4Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.Christian Standard Bible
