New American Standard Bible
Chapter 48
20
So he blessed them that day, saying,
'By you Israel will pronounce blessing, saying,
‘May God make you like Ephraim and Manasseh!’?'
And
so
he put Ephraim before Manasseh.
21
Then Israel said to Joseph, 'Behold, I am about to die, but God will be with you, and bring you back to the land of your fathers.
22
And I give you one portion more than your brothers, which I took from the hand of the Amorite with my sword and my bow.'
King James Version
Chapter 48
20
And he blessed them that day, saying, In thee shall Israel bless, saying, God make thee as Ephraim and as Manasseh: and he set Ephraim before Manasseh.
21
And Israel said unto Joseph, Behold, I die: but God shall be with you, and bring you again unto the land of your fathers.
22
Moreover I have given to thee one portion above thy brethren, which I took out of the hand of the Amorite with my sword and with my bow.
Christian Standard Bible

21
Israel said to Joseph, "Look, I am about to die, but God will be with you and will bring you back to the land of your fathers.
22
Over and above what I am giving your brothers, I am giving you the one mountain slope that I took from the Amorites with my sword and bow."
New Living Translation
Chapter 48

So Jacob blessed the boys that day with this blessing: 'The people of Israel will use your names when they give a blessing. They will say, ‘May God make you as prosperous as Ephraim and Manasseh.’' In this way, Jacob put Ephraim ahead of Manasseh.
21
Then Jacob said to Joseph, 'Look, I am about to die, but God will be with you and will take you back to Canaan, the land of your ancestors.
22
And beyond what I have given your brothers, I am giving you an extra portion of the land that I took from the Amorites with my sword and bow.'
