Galatians 6:5-9
New American Standard Bible
Chapter 6
5For each one will bear his own load.
6The one who is taught the word is to share all good things with the one who teaches him.
7Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a person sows, this he will also reap.
8For the one who sows to his own flesh will reap destruction from the flesh, but the one who sows to the Spirit will reap eternal life from the Spirit.
9Let’s not become discouraged in doing good, for in due time we will reap, if we do not become weary.
King James Version
Chapter 6
5For every man shall bear his own burden. 6Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things. 7Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. 8For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. 9And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.Christian Standard Bible
6Let the one who is taught the word share all his good things with the teacher.
7Don't be deceived: God is not mocked. For whatever a person sows he will also reap,
8because the one who sows to his flesh will reap destruction from the flesh, but the one who sows to the Spirit will reap eternal life from the Spirit.
9Let us not get tired of doing good, for we will reap at the proper time if we don't give up.
New Living Translation
7Don’t be misled — you cannot mock the justice of God. You will always harvest what you plant.
8Those who live only to satisfy their own sinful nature will harvest decay and death from that sinful nature. But those who live to please the Spirit will harvest everlasting life from the Spirit.
9So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.
English Standard Version
6Let the one who is taught the word share all good things with the one who teaches.
