Ezekiel 22:9-15

Chapter 22
9Slanderous men have been among you for the purpose of shedding blood, and among you they have eaten at the mountain shrines. In your midst they have committed outrageous sin. 10Among you they have uncovered their fathers’ nakedness; among you they have abused her who was unclean in her menstruation. 11And one has committed abomination with his neighbor’s wife, another has outrageously defiled his daughter-in-law, and another among you has sexually abused his sister, his father’s daughter. 12Among you they have taken bribes to shed blood; you have taken interest, you have injured your neighbors by oppression, and you have forgotten Me,' declares the Lord God.
13Behold, then, I strike with My hand your profit which you have made and the bloodshed which is among you.
14Can your heart endure, or can your hands be strong for the days that I will deal with you? I, the Lord, have spoken and will act.
15And I will scatter you among the nations and disperse you among the lands, and I will eliminate your uncleanness from you.

9In thee are men that carry tales to shed blood: and in thee they eat upon the mountains: in the midst of thee they commit lewdness. 10In thee have they discovered their fathers' nakedness: in thee have they humbled her that was set apart for pollution. 11And one hath committed abomination with his neighbour's wife; and another hath lewdly defiled his daughter in law; and another in thee hath humbled his sister, his father's daughter. 12In thee have they taken gifts to shed blood; thou hast taken usury and increase, and thou hast greedily gained of thy neighbours by extortion, and hast forgotten me, saith the Lord God.
13Behold, therefore I have smitten mine hand at thy dishonest gain which thou hast made, and at thy blood which hath been in the midst of thee.
14Can thine heart endure, or can thine hands be strong, in the days that I shall deal with thee? I the Lord have spoken it, and will do it.
15And I will scatter thee among the heathen, and disperse thee in the countries, and will consume thy filthiness out of thee.

9There are men within you who slander in order to shed blood. People who live in you eat at the mountain shrines; they commit depraved acts within you. 10Men within you have sexual intercourse with their father’s wife and violate women during their menstrual impurity. 11One man within you commits a detestable act with his neighbor’s wife; another defiles his daughter-in-law with depravity; and yet another violates his sister, his father’s daughter. 12People who live in you accept bribes in order to shed blood. You take interest and profit on a loan and brutally extort your neighbors. You have forgotten me. This is the declaration of the Lord God.
13"‘Now look, I clap my hands together against the dishonest profit you have made and against the blood shed among you.
14Will your courage endure or your hands be strong in the days when I deal with you? I, the Lord, have spoken, and I will act.
15I will disperse you among the nations and scatter you among the countries; I will purge your uncleanness.

9People accuse others falsely and send them to their death. You are filled with idol worshipers and people who do obscene things. 10Men sleep with their fathers’ wives and force themselves on women who are menstruating. 11Within your walls live men who commit adultery with their neighbors’ wives, who defile their daughters-in-law, or who rape their own sisters. 12There are hired murderers, loan racketeers, and extortioners everywhere.
