and passing by Mysia, they went down to Troas.

And a vision appeared to Paul in the night: a man of Macedonia was standing and pleading with him, and saying, 'Come over to Macedonia and help us.'

When he had seen the vision, we immediately sought to leave for Macedonia, concluding that God had called us to preach the gospel to them.

And they passing by Mysia came down to Troas.

And a vision appeared to Paul in the night; There stood a man of Macedonia, and prayed him, saying, Come over into Macedonia, and help us.

And after he had seen the vision, immediately we endeavoured to go into Macedonia, assuredly gathering that the Lord had called us for to preach the gospel unto them.

During the night Paul had a vision in which a Macedonian man was standing and pleading with him, "Cross over to Macedonia and help us!"

After he had seen the vision, we immediately made efforts to set out for Macedonia, concluding that God had called us to preach the gospel to them.

So instead, they went on through Mysia to the seaport of Troas.

That night Paul had a vision: A man from Macedonia in northern Greece was standing there, pleading with him, 'Come over to Macedonia and help us!'

So we decided to leave for Macedonia at once, having concluded that God was calling us to preach the Good News there.
